 INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 x Pears – 4 Peeled + Diced, 1 Finely Sliced
  • 3 x Limes – 2 Squeezed, 1 Cut into Wedges
  • 1 x Cup Fresh Mint (Roughly 30 mint leaves)
  • 4 x Tablespoons Sugar Syrup
  • 4 x Shots Bacardi
  • 1L soda water
  • Ice
 INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Pre chill your favorite Poly Glasses
  • Place Chopped pears, Squeezed Lime Juice, Mint Leaves and Sugar Syrup into Sir-Mix-A-Lot.
  • Muddle to combine flavours
  • Pour in Bacardi, stir
